Program Title: Empathic Client Communication in Dentistry
Program Description:
Participants will hear a plan for day to day client communication to make dentistry more valued by the clients and avoid client frustration. Understanding the client and their personal experience and relating it to your own thoughts and feelings can help deal with the rocky path of client education.
